Welcome to the Deerfield Homeowner's Association site. We are located in Sammamish, WA. As of July 2020, Deerfield HOA has transitioned to a management company. Our HOA is now managed by Associa / EMB Management. Homeowners can contact the Board and access information regarding the HOA by logging in to your account via Town Square.

What can you do on Town Square? Homeowners may:

• Book the field

• Report any maintenance issues

• Request any architectural changes (roof, paint, landscaping) being made on your property

• Make payments on their account

• Contact the Board
